If you are looking for a fluffy massage... don't call Mark.  Mark's hands are strong and they know how to do the best deep tissue massage in Arizona.

I got hurt 45 days ago, I have been in pain, living under anti-Inflammatory, muscle relaxers and pain pills; sitting for longer than a minute was painful (so bathroom visits, driving and desk work were not easy task to complete). 

I had just completed 11 visits with a physical therapist and 7 with a Chiropractor, neither one was able to do what Mark did to me in one visit, although the myopractic massage was a tad bit painful, Mark was able to relax and release my muscles enough that I slept without waking up in the middle of night in pain; and since then I have been able to sit without any pain. 

I know that I still need Mark to work on me a few more times to be completely well, but I also know that it was his talented hands and combination of all his specialties that have me seeing the light at the end of the tunnel without having to submit myself to any shots/epidural blocks or surgery. 

Mark's number is set on speed-dial on my phone.  I highly recommend his hands to everyone who has any type of muscle, joint or back pain. Again if you are looking for a "fluffy" massage don't bother calling Mark, but if you are an athlete, or someone who carries around a lot of tension, or just love deep tissue massages, Mark is your guy!
